Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. If the end of this period falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the period shall be extended to the next working day.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs amount to a flat rate of €5.00 and must be paid by you directly at the shipping point (e.g. post office) as part of the return.

Cancellation before shipping

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at any time free of charge. Simply contact us by e-mail at ermaledesign@gmail.com.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, as well as to goods that have been clearly marked as such as part of a final sale.
